What HostHours does
Rental work happens across property visits, repairs, guest communication, and administrative tasks. HostHours brings those activities into a record of who did the work, the property involved, the date, the duration, and what happened. Owners can add supporting images or PDFs, review missing details, and prepare exports for a conversation with their CPA.
The app supports short-term and long-term rentals in one portfolio. Manual entries and timers help capture work as it happens. Assisted capture features provide editable suggestions: Voice AI drafts, Calendar Recall, and CSV imports require review before saving. A calendar event or an AI suggestion does not independently prove that work took place.
