Property work by date, duration, person, category and notes, plus optional image or PDF evidence. Entries remain factual records you review and can correct. Does it support both STR and LTR properties? Yes. Rental type belongs to each property, so one portfolio can include both short- and long-term rentals with a clear tax year for each workspace. What is the difference between Free, Essential and Pro? Free covers one property and up to 15 saved records. Essential adds up to three properties, unlimited records, custom organization, one evidence file per activity and standard CSV. Pro adds unlimited properties, reviewed recall tools, five files per activity and the complete PDF/CPA CSV packet. How do Voice AI and Calendar Recall work? They create editable starting points. Voice AI structures what you say into a draft. Calendar Recall shows clues from calendars you explicitly select on your device. Neither creates an activity until you review and confirm it. Does HostHours give tax advice or tell me if I qualify? No. HostHours does not determine material participation, deductions, tax status, compliance or audit outcomes.
